We did find a house we liked that took us about 20 minutes outside of our respective work places, as long as it didn’t snow. The house was a four bedroom, three and half bath place, with a huge kitchen and finished basement, that was a walkout to a huge yard. It came with ten acres as well, which is something I wanted, and had a big barn like structure that was used for the person’s hobby shop, which was restoring antiques. I turned it into a wood working shop for me. The house itself was built back in the 60’s, but had many updates to it, and have a big rec room in the basement, so all that was really needed was making it our own, which I gave to Dani to do. We eventually ended up putting in an in-ground pool and Hot Tub and had many a party out there. The place was quite secluded, so going nude was not a worry there. The girls came over every Sunday as usual, and now, through artificial insemination, which Heather was the recipient, are expecting a baby that October.
I did finally meet Mark, Dani’s son, when we flew down to Norfolk, just before we announced the engagement. We did let him in on that too. When we first met, he did address me as sir, which I knew would be the case and asked him to just call me Jim. He said he did some checking on me, which I figured he would, when Dani told him about us earlier in the year. He asked if I knew guy, and said his name, and at first I vaguely remembered the name, until he said you served with him in Desert Storm . Then it clicked it, he was just a Petty Officer then, who worked on the copters. He is now the Chief of Boat, meaning he is the highest ranking Chief Petty Officer on the ship. He is Mark’s COB, so we did have some things in common. Most enlisted men fear the COB and never give him bullshit, and hell, most officers don’t either. He keeps a ship running smooth.
Dani and I are still very happy together, and still even play with Shirley and Mike and have many stories to tell there. Heather and Tabitha have even joined in on a few occasions, and the girls just love Mike. Maybe I’ll sit down and write more about those exploits.
Beautiful story of a mistreated lady cumming out of her shell with an awesome guy to help. Like she said, "It was always there, she just needed the right partner & environment to unleash the timid, "Penned up spitfire" that was in there.
