I'll go with Savari 🫡
1. What is your oc's name? Why did you choose it? Were there any other names you considered?
Savari Malguran. I was just playing around with the name generators and finding something that sounded like her. It's always intuitive.
2. How was your oc raised? What kind of background?
She was raised in the noble family. Malguran family dedicates themselves to studying necromancy and guarding magical secrets, so Savari was trained in magic since her childhood.
3. What values do they have? How were they instilled in them?
Her values were mostly rooted in her by her family. She believes in justice and in the balance. It is important for her to prevent others from necromancy misuse.
4. What does your oc look like? Have they had other designs? How has their look changed?
Fun fact: I've been playing in character creator for 2hrs to make a tiefling, then I moved to creating the Guardian and did it quickly and randomly. Then I realized that I like the Guardian elf design much more and decided to use this loom for the main character. Thus, Sav was born.
5. Does your oc have a family? What do they define as family?
Malguran family is secluded but united. Each member of the family is involved in necromancy arts in one way or another. I talked a bit more about on my Patreon.
6. Does your oc have a mentor or someone they look up to? Why do they look up to them?
Her grandma! She's a retired battlemage and invested lots of time and care into Savari's magical training. They're very alike and even have similar names(grandma's name is Savrina). Here's a sneak peek of her from the Patreon family tree:

Her family, her tadpole adventure companions, and Halsin. It is mostly reciprocal, tho with Halsin, Sav fell first.

Dancing, reading, studying magic or going to expeditions to retrieve some magical artefacts.

9. What was your Tav doing when they were taken by the mind flayers?
answered here! But I realized now that I CAN'T READ and I answered it as ''what she was doing BEFORE''. Anyway. She was on the expedition and none of her crew survived :( It was difficult for her to cope with it, because these were the people she knew for a long time and felt comfortable to work with.

To not be able to protect the people that are dear to he; fail her responsibilities.

I think she had a couple of casual flings that didn't become anything more serious bc she wasn't interested in it and was more focused on studying magic stuff. She's ok with being a nerd tho, and I think the work/being a noble made her a bit too tired to try to seek out the new people.

Her family! All members of Malguran family are necromancers at some degree. She continues what her family does, and she's happy to be able to help people by solving magic crimes. She feels smart :))
12. What opinion does your Tav have about the Gods?
Sav is mostly neutral. Her family has some kind of reverence towards Jergal, but they're not fanatical. She definitely has a beef with Shar after doing Shadowheart's quest, lol.

9. What was your Tav doing when they were taken by the mind flayers?
Here's a bit about what she was doing BEFORE (bc i didn't read the question carefully in the first place. the correct answer is here!): he was a necromancer-investogator! Sav was mostly focused on solving magic related crimes and used necromancy to speak with the dead victims. Occasionally, she would go with the expeditions to retrieve some magical artefact/study magic disturbances. Her whole family is tied to necromancy, and they're responsible for controlling the use of it and preventing the damage typical evil necromancers can do, lol. So yeah, they're all idealists.
24. What first impression does your Tav give off to strangers?
I think she can be quite intimidating because of her looks, and she knows it and uses it to her advantage when needed. Sav has high charisma and usually, she can do whatever impression she needs atm.
29. What advice would you give to your Tav?
GIRL RELAX. You can't control everything, go touch some grass.
